Returns Policy

You may return unopened, unused, standard lengths (spools, sticks, etc.) of heat shrinkable tubing and braided sleeving for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Non-standard lengths of tubing and braided sleeving may be returned within the 30 day period, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Custom heat shrink imprints and cut-to-length orders will not be eligible for return. Any tool purchased from Heatshrink.com is non-returnable and will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refunds

A refund should be expected within four weeks of sending the item back to Heatshrink.com. To check the status of your refund you may contact us via telephone at 1-801-621-1501 or e-mail us at sales@heatshrink.com.

Exchanges

An exchange of product may be arranged with the sales manager. Exchanges may be made on unopened, unused, standard lengths of heat shrinkable tubing and braided sleeving only.
