Terms and Conditions

Here on the Heatshrink.com website, RKB Industrial, Inc. provides features to you that are subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Heatshrink.com, you accept these conditions. Please read the following carefully. Also, when you use any Heatshrink.com service you will be subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to said service. If these conditions are inconsistent with such terms, the terms will control.

Promotional Items and Conditions

Some promotional items are only available by ordering online. Only one promotional item per order unless stated otherwise. If a promotional item is included with your purchase, it may not be returned. If product sold with a promotional item is returned, the MSRP value of the promotional item will be deducted from the returned product value before credit is issued. Promotional items cannot be returned. Promotional items will not appear in your shopping cart at the time of order. These items are added to your order during final packaging.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened, unused, standard lengths (full spools, full bag sticks, etc.) of heat shrinkable tubing and braided sleeving for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, a $20.00 handling fee may apply. Special order or Special Discounted orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  Non-standard lengths of tubing and braided sleeving may be returned within the 30 day period, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Custom heat shrink imprints and cut-to-length orders will not be eligible for return. Any tool purchased from Heatshrink.com is non-returnable and will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All returns must be PRE-AUTHORIZED for RMA. Heatshrink.com will not accept returns on international orders. If a shipment is refused by you, the customer, all outbound and return shipping costs and product will be collected and retained by Heatshrink.com.

Refunds

A refund should be expected within four weeks of sending the item back to Heatshrink.com. To check the status of your refund you may contact us via telephone at 1-801-621-1501 or e-mail us at sales@heatshrink.com.

Exchanges

An exchange of product may be arranged with the sales manager. Exchanges may be made on unopened, unused, standard lengths of heat shrinkable tubing and braided sleeving only.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for considering Heatshrink.com! We take shipping and turn-around seriously and try to make it as fast as possible for our customers. Our product is available worldwide and we can ship to almost any international address. We only use UPS as a method of shipping due to the success of our partnership. We would be happy to use your UPS account number, during checkout please select will-call and in comments field add your ups account number and shipping method. Sorry we do not ship via Third party accounts. Of course, there are some restrictions on shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states of the USA and these restrictions will vary by product and quantities. If you have any concerns please call us at 1-801-621-1501 or e-mail us at sales@heatshrink.com and we would be happy to help resolve them.

Shipping Discrepancy

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date you accept delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually received, damages due to shipping, and shipping error. Heatshrink.com is not responsible for any of these problems after 7 calendar days.

If an order acknowledgement is received by you, Heatshrink.com is not responsible for errors beyond the point of acknowledgement.

Delivery Time

When placing an order, an estimated shipping date and delivery time will be calculated for your convenience. These dates and times are estimates only. Tracking information will be provided to you via e-mail shortly after the shipment of your order.

Costs

The calculated cost of a shipment from Heatshrink.com depends on the shipping method you choose. Note that shipping cost is calculated from the following information:

• Service Type
• Weight and Size
• Distance
• International Tariffs

Also, to reflect the policies of the freight companies we use, all weights will be rounded up one full pound.

This information is used with the sole purpose of serving the customer. Also, this information will never be shared with other parties unless your express consent is given.

You may not use for your personal or business use any of the content contained within this site. This includes linking to content, framing content, or copying content from this site.

Your Account

You agree to the responsibility of maintaining your account secure by restricting access to the computer used for browsing and shopping at Heatshrink.com. You, the user, also accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account and password. If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian help in making purchases.

• All usernames will need to be 6 characters minimum and may only include letters, numbers, _ (underscore), - (dash), . (period) or @ (at sign).
• All passwords will need to be 8-20 characters long, contain 1 upper case character, 1 lower case character, 1 number and may not contain any of the following special characters; - (dash), < (less than), > (greater than), | (Pipe), ! (exclamation point) or ~ (tilde).

Product Descriptions and Conformance

Heatshrink.com tries to describe the products it sells to the best of its ability and makes no guarantees that it is error free, accurate, complete, or reliable.

Heatshrink.com will provide Certificates of Conformance for full spools upon request at time of order. If you would like a Certificate of Conformance on product that is not measured by the full spool or bag quantity, you must purchase a minimum of $50.00 of the product for which you require the certificate.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The products and services for sale on Heatshrink.com are sold on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Heatshrink.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, products, or services included on this site, unless specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

Applicable Law

By visiting Heatshrink.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that may arise between you and Heatshrink.com.
